Ingredients

  • All-Purpose Flour: 2 cups, sifted
  • Granulated Sugar: 1 cup
  • Unsalted Butter: ½ cup (softened)
  • Cream Cheese: 8 oz (softened)
  • Vanilla Extract: 2 tsp
  • Chocolate Chips or Sprinkles: 1 cup for coating

Instructions

  • Prepare Dough: Combine flour and sugar. Beat butter, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix in dry ingredients to form a dough.
  • Shape & Chill: Roll dough into 24 balls and chill for 1 hour.
  • Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip & Decorate: Coat each ball in melted chocolate and add sprinkles, if desired. Let them set before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure flour is sifted for a smooth dough texture.
  • Chill dough thoroughly before coating to maintain shape.
  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
