Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour: 2 cups, sifted
- Granulated Sugar: 1 cup
- Unsalted Butter: ½ cup (softened)
- Cream Cheese: 8 oz (softened)
- Vanilla Extract: 2 tsp
- Chocolate Chips or Sprinkles: 1 cup for coating
Instructions
- Prepare Dough: Combine flour and sugar. Beat butter, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually mix in dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Shape & Chill: Roll dough into 24 balls and chill for 1 hour.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip & Decorate: Coat each ball in melted chocolate and add sprinkles, if desired. Let them set before serving.
