  • Red Bell Pepper: Diced (1 small)
  • Black Olive Slices: (4 slices)

Instructions

  • Mix Base Ingredients: Beat softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese together until smooth. Add garlic powder and green onions, then mix until fully incorporated.
  • Add Texture Ingredients: Fold in chopped walnuts and diced red bell pepper, mixing gently.
  • Shape & Chill: Shape the mixture into a ball, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Decorate: Once chilled, decorate the cheese ball with black olive slices for eyes and a red bell pepper piece for a nose. Optionally, garnish with extra walnuts around the edges.
