- – 1 cup powdered sugar
- – 1/2 cup heavy cream
- – 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a jelly roll pan.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, water, oil, and vanilla; combine with dry ingredients.
4. Spread batter in the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Once baked, roll the cake in a clean towel and let it cool.
6. For the filling, beat peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped cream.
7. Unroll the cake, spread the filling, and sprinkle chocolate chips.
8. Roll the cake back up and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

– You can use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
