Description

Pumpkin Oreo Balls combine the irresistible crunch of Oreo cookies with creamy pumpkin and warm spices, all encased in a luscious white chocolate coating. Perfect for fall gatherings or a sweet treat anytime!

 


Ingredients

  • Oreos: 24 cookies, crushed
  • Cream Cheese: 8 oz, softened
  • Pumpkin Puree: 1 cup
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice: 1 tsp
  • White Chocolate Melts: 8 oz

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos: Grind Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-lock bag and rolling pin.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine crushed Oreos, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Shape Balls: Roll 1-tbsp portions into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Coat with Chocolate: Melt white chocolate and dip each ball for full coverage. Let set until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling, for best results.
  • Chill the mixture briefly if it’s too sticky to handle.
  • Substitute white chocolate with dark or milk chocolate for a richer flavor.
