A decadent dessert featuring a creamy cheesecake filling swirled with rich Nutella, set on a buttery graham cracker crust. These cheesecake bars are easy to make and perfect for any occasion. The Nutella creates a beautiful marbled effect, making every bite a blend of smooth, creamy, and chocolate-hazelnut goodness.
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese (16 oz)
- Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
- Eggs (2 large)
- All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup)
- Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
- Nutella (1 cup)
- Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 1/2 cups)
- Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Pour half the filling over the cooled crust.
- Add Nutella: Spoon Nutella onto the filling and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps.
- Don’t overmix the Nutella, as this may ruin the marbled appearance.
- Chill the cheesecake bars overnight for the best flavor.
