Ingredients

  • Butter: 1 cup (unsalted, softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Sheets: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Butter & Sugar: Beat softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Eggs & Almond Extract: Add eggs one at a time, followed by almond extract, mixing until incorporated.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Form Cookies & Bake: Scoop dough onto prepared sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
