Instructions
- Activate Yeast: In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Make Dough: Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined, then knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
- First Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Shape Rolls: Punch down dough and divide into 10 pieces. Shape each into a ball.
- Garlic Butter: Combine minced garlic, remaining butter, and parsley or oregano.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, brush with garlic butter, and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
