Instructions
- Prepare Dough: Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and molasses.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, and baking soda. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Chill Dough: Cover dough and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Shape & Bake: Roll dough, cut out shapes, and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until edges set.
- Cool: Let cookies cool on wire racks.
