Ingredients

  • Cooked Chicken: 3 cups, shredded or diced
  • Long-Grain White Rice: 1 cup, uncooked
  • Cream of Chicken Soup: 2 cans (10.5 oz each)
  • Mixed Vegetables: 2 cups, frozen or fresh
  • Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded (divided)
  • Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine Ingredients: Mix chicken, rice, soup, vegetables, half the cheese, and seasonings in a large bowl.
  • Transfer to Dish: Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Add Cheese & Cover: Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake: Cook for 45 minutes, uncovering halfway to let the cheese turn golden and bubbly.
