- Fresh Strawberries: 12 medium-sized
- Whipped Cream: 1 cup (store-bought or homemade)
- Mini Chocolate Chips: 24 (2 per Santa)
- Powdered Sugar: 2 tbsp (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Clean and dry strawberries. Slice tops off six smaller berries for hats and trim bottoms of larger berries to sit flat.
- Make Whipped Cream: Whip 1 cup of heavy cream with 2 tbsp of sugar until soft peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag.
- Assemble Santas: Place a larger berry as the body, top with a smaller berry as the hat. Pipe whipped cream onto the body for Santa’s beard, adding mini chocolate chips as eyes.
- Optional Decoration: Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves for a festive touch.
