Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 cup apple pie filling, chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line a baking sheet.
Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a round disc, about 1/4 inch thick.
Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of apple pie filling into the center of each dough disc.
Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down in the muffin tin or on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
While baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Once baked, brush the bombs with melted butter, then roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Serve warm and enjoy!
