- 1 pound crab meat, picked over for shells
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 4 ramekins.
In a bowl, combine crab meat, heavy cream, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Divide mixture evenly among ramekins.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tops are golden brown and the mixture is set.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
