Ingredients
- – 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- – 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- – 2 cups all-purpose flour

- – 1 cup banana pudding mix
- – 1 cup chocolate chips
- – 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and banana pudding mix.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed vanilla wafers.
7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
Notes
– For a twist, add chopped nuts or swap chocolate chips for white chocolate.
